2. What data we collect

• Name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail) that you provide in forms on this website;
• information about your project (property type, area, scope of work) provided in the calculator;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — via standard server logs;
• your language preference, stored locally in your browser (localStorage).

3. Why we process it

• to respond to your request and prepare an estimate;
• to communicate with you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail;
• to improve the website and our services.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL): on the basis of your consent expressed by submitting a form, and for the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

5. Who we share data with

Data is not sold or shared for marketing by third parties. It may be processed by our service providers strictly to operate the website and communication channels: hosting provider, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), telephony. Interactive map tiles are loaded from CARTO/OpenStreetMap servers; the map provider receives standard technical requests (IP, tile coordinates) but no form data.

6. Retention

We keep request data for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by UAE law or an ongoing contract.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing — write to info@domeco.ae. We reply within 30 days.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to request data is limited to authorised DOMECO staff.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
