At the Address on Creek Harbour everything is already refined: the lobby, the service, the lagoon view. Beyond that feeling — everyone has the same apartment, like a hotel, and you never feel at home. The owner loved everything about this flat except the interior. So we started with demolition: stripped every wall, ceiling and floor back to the concrete shell.

On the bare shell we rebuilt the layout from scratch — around the client's way of living, not a standard sales plan. We used exclusive materials made to order for the project: inlaid panels, a built-in smart system, American walnut. The interior draws on Bork aesthetics: graphite, matte metal, deep tones — and appliances integrated so seamlessly the kitchen reads as a piece of furniture.

In the end, 110 hotel-like metres turned into a warm home where every detail is thought through around real life.
