Three to six weeks on average, depending on area and complexity. You receive the layout, visualisations, drawings and a costed FF&E package.
Yes. The project is yours and any contractor can build it. That said, when design and build sit with one team there are noticeably fewer arguments on site.
Revisions at concept and visualisation stage are part of the job. We don't move on until the image is right — changing your mind on site costs far more.
Yes. Our portfolio includes villas on Palm Jumeirah and in Dubai Hills, apartments in Downtown and Creek, offices and retail. We work across the UAE.
Yes, it's mandatory even without reconfiguration. A Minor Work Permit covers cosmetic work; a Major Work Permit covers major renovation with reconfiguration. We handle the approvals.
