VILLA DUBAI HILLS

The villa sits in one of Dubai's best family districts — Dubai Hills. Park, schools, easy access. The only downside: inside, these villas are all the same, indistinguishable from your neighbours'. The district's developer builds half of Dubai but doesn't account for how the future owner actually lives.

Over 8 months we upgraded the villa for the client's large family: expanded the home, rebuilt the MEP systems, delivered high-quality finishing and furnished the project down to the forks and spoons. The empty lawn outside became a landscape: greenery, light, a place for long dinners. Essentially — one more space to gather with family on cosy evenings.
