VILLA PALM JUMEIRAH

Villas on the Palm were built twenty years ago: closed-off layouts, small windows, a pool 'as per the developer's plan.' This one was no different. The owner had lived here for more than ten years and had no plans to leave — people rarely leave the Palm. But the house had honestly fallen behind. That is how we met.

Over 13 months we rebuilt the house entirely: expanded the villa's footprint, enlarged the pool, opened the windows up to full panoramas — the sea and sky now begin right behind the glass. The whole cycle stayed in one pair of hands: approvals, MEP systems, façade, finishing, landscaping — from the first drawing to the last light fixture in the garden.

Today the house lives as one space with its grounds: the living room flows onto the terrace, the terrace steps down to the pool, and in the evening the façade and garden come together under soft architectural lighting. The villa became larger, brighter and noticeably more valuable — on the very same spot where it always stood.
